We just did a small sermon on the Parable of the Workers (Matthew 20:1-16). Great verse on the generosity and grace of God.

Love the above Scripture! And yes, with gentleness and respect is so key. I know a dear Christian friend who has forgotten the "gentleness and respect" part and this has cost us our friendship because I called him on it.

No one will care what you know,
until they know how much you care.
This can only be done through gentleness and respect.
